These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 6xis platform and all its services. 1 Definitions and Interpretation
The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:
- "Platform" means the 6xis website, mobile application, and all related services.
- "User" or "Member" means a person who has registered on 6xis and holds an account.
- "Account" means the personal profile created through registration on the platform.
- "Wager" or "Bet" means the amount of money placed through the platform to participate in any game or sports event.
- "Bonus" means any promotional benefit offered by 6xis, which is available subject to meeting specified conditions.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus must be wagered before it can be withdrawn.
2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To create an account on 6xis, you must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately upon verification and any deposited funds will not be returned.
2.2 Single Account
Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to be operating multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and any associated bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and up to date. 6xis reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false information is provided. Valid identification may be requested at any time for identity verification.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login details (username and password) confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the 6xis support team immediately.
3 Deposit and Payment Methods
6xis currently accepts bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. Funds can be deposited quickly and securely through these three mobile wallets.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
- Once a deposit is successful, it is automatically added to your account.
- The mobile number used at the time of deposit must match the registered details on the account.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
4 Withdrawal Policy
The following rules apply to withdrawals from 6xis:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same mobile wallet used for the deposit.
- Account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- The specified wagering requirement must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
5 Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on 6xis will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount, meaning ৳25,000 must be wagered for a ৳1,000 bonus.
5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions
- The bonus applies to the first deposit only and is given once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
- If the time limit for completing the wagering requirement is exceeded, the bonus will be cancelled.
- 6xis reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
5.3 VIP Cashback
Regular members can receive weekly cashback through the VIP programme. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold Tier member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Limits
6xis sets minimum and maximum bet limits for all types of games and sports betting. These limits may vary by game or event and are subject to change at any time.
6.2 Bet Cancellation
6xis reserves the right to cancel a bet and return the stake if an event is cancelled, in cases of uncertain outcomes, or due to technical errors.
6.3 System Errors
6xis may void bets placed based on incorrectly displayed odds, payouts, or bonuses caused by software or hardware errors. In such cases, the bet stake will be returned.
6.4 Fraud and Misconduct
If any user attempts to gain an unfair advantage through fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of the system, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.
7 Account Suspension and Closure
6xis may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- If any clause of these Terms is violated.
- If registration was completed using false information.
- If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
- If suspicious transactions are detected on the account.
- If you wish to close your account at your own request — in this case, please follow our Responsible Gaming guidelines.
8 Privacy and Data Protection

13 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with relevant international online gaming laws and regulations. Any dispute or disagreement will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, international arbitration procedures will be followed.
